In August 1964 a torpedo attack in the
Gulf of Tonkin was the spark that ignited the Vietnam War. During the ten
years of bitter fighting that ensued an unlikely hero rose to fame – the
Bell UH-1 ‘Huey’ helicopter. Day after day these sturdy workhorses flew
missions across the war-torn jungle. One of their most famous roles was as
a medical evacuation helicopter and now the latest instalment in the
acclaimed Search and Rescue series puts you at the controls of a Huey over
Vietnam – your job is to bring our guys back and keep your ‘copter out of

ground-breaking standalone helicopter adventure. In Vietnam Medevac you'll
command of the famous UH-1 Huey helicopter and fly medical evacuation
rescue missions into the heart of war-torn Vietnam. As well as overcoming
everything the jungle environment has to throw at you, there's the added
challenge of enemy troops firing at you while battles rage on the ground.
You'll need to combine precision flying with bravery and guts while you
